I was having trouble booting up my laptop. Call HP and they said it needed to be cleaned. Had it professionally cleaned and looked at. Started working again...for a day! It tries to boot up but then keeps shutting itself off. Thought at first is was over heating but it wasn't. So I started checking online for others who may have had the same problem. Low and behold I found out HP had a recall on the computer for a faulty motherboard. So I called HP several times and they told me the recall ended in February. It is now JUne when I started having this problem. After several calls they adimitly stuck by their decision to decline my request for service due to the February date. I called back this last time and demanded a supervisor. Was told couldnt' connect me he would only say the same thing. I told him he will be on the phone with me all day until I get a supervisor. Well after 44 mins finally got an alledged supervisor named RAJ...yep RAJ. He pretty much told me in 10 words I wasted his time by getting on the phone and he is sticking to the reps decision not to fix the computer. I am appalled. What has happened to the country when we can not get local service for these products we buy. It's a disgrace. I will never buy an HP product again.
