having been involved with computors since 1994 and having used many HP PRODUCTS i FEEL FULLY DISMAYED AT THE DECEIT visited upon me because I chose to purchase a new laptop(ON SALE?) over the Labor day week-end.
The ad stated that this series came with Vista home premium and a free upgrade to Windows 7.
I have only vista home basic and see that I could purchase the same computor today (NOT ON SALE)
with Vista Home premium and Windows 7 for approximately the same price with the rebates. Wow.. What a way to treat 77 years old ladies.
I am sure that you have an OEM WITH THESE PRODUCTS THAT YOU COULD SEND TO ME AT

The cost to you would be ninute but the good will would be enoumous. I know several other parties that are very disapointed with the vista 32 bit system.
