MY CONSUMER NO 646213 FROM CBD BELAPUR SECTOR 19/20. I BOOKED A GAS ON 29 OCT 10. STILL WE ARE NOT AT RECEIVED DUE TO FALSE STATEMENT FROM DELIVARY BOY AND RECEPTIONIST - ON TEL CONVERSATION ONLY
1. RECEPTIONIST - ON 1 st -ATTEMPT - AFTER CALLING NUMBER OF TIMES, TO DAY WE ARE SENDING.
2. DELIVERY BOY SAYS TO RECEPTIONIST - ON 1st ATTEMPT - ROOM LOCKED- WITH OUT REACHING RESPECTIVE ADDRESS.
3. DELIVERY BOY SAYS TO RECEPTIONIST - ON 2ND ATTEMPT GAS NOT YET COMPLETED WITH OUT REACHING RESPECTIVE ADDRESS
TO DAY I CALLED UP TO GAS AGENCY (i.e 06 NOV 10) THEY ARE SAYING THAT GAS CYLINDER DELIVERY DATE IS 08 NOV 10 ONLY.
IT IS THEREFORE REQUESTED THAT, PLEASE RECTIFY THE CONSUMER PROBLEMS FROM YOUR ORGANISATION.
