non delivery of hp gas after booking
i have booked my reffiled gas before 10 days but we are not getting it after 10 days and this problem is for everytime so because of not getting refilled gas we are suffering severe problems so plz its my request to u to do the needfull of my complaint. booking no is 9280 and the date of booking gas is 11/6/2011 nad now they are telling that more 5 days will require more to send our refilled gas.

Refilling of gas cylinders
I have 2 noof hp gas cylinders registered in my name, I am situated at Lucknow Up My consumer No is 611019 & AGs agency is JAi Gas Service Chanda MArket Bulaki Adda Lucknow, FRom begining of this monthe we have registererd twice complaint for refilling of gas ( complint no 205003 &13657 ), but still not recived our gas, when we go to our agency thery simply turn us back saying we cannot help as the system has become on-line, ) we will run out of our stock this week & are helpleess whom to contact as the online numbers too are computerized, System are made for helping citizen we would request you to immediately look into the matter & provide a soln

unauthorized marketing of domestic gas cylinder.
Shanthi Ranjan Gayen S/O late Phani Bhusion Gayen, is doing unauthorized marketing of domestic gas cylinder, at choudhari market, sehara Bazar, burdwan, west bengal, pin:-713423. he refill the small 2-4kg unauthorized gas cylinder by the 14 kg domestic H.P/Inden gas cylinder. Therefore we request that please take necessary action in this regard.

"Balmik gas service" vikas nagar, kanpur
has not provided gas cylinder since feb 2011 inspite of several requests...
kindly instruct them to provide cylinders on time.. otherwise change my connection to another dealer who can give delivery on time..

Non delivery of Gas Cylinder
I've booked a cylinder thru IVR CONS No. 625767 dated 11.05.2011 vide booking no. 554957 to Prem Gas Agency Landline no. 01126948161. Till this time same has not been delivered at my place. Please investigate the issue & kindly let me know your finding.

MY LAST BOOKING 25th march &deliverd to 5th april. is beech mujhhe kisi aur ka silender le k lagana
par gaya . 16th april ko silender book kar diya, jo ki 22-23days ho jate hain . bala jee agencybale kahety hai ki abhi booking nahi ho sakty . jab maine kaha ki INDAN &BHARAT Bale to 22-23 days me book kar late hai .last booking date se.
&two or four days me rifill bhi laga jate .is per bala jee bala kahete to hum se kyo liya INDANE &BHARAT
balo se .hum to aise hi denge . abhi to 10-12days me de dete jyada karoge to 20-25days bhi ho jayge

Cylinder is not delivered irrespective of many calls
I booked HP Gas one month before but I have not got the Gas even after completion of 1 month. I called them several times (13 calls) but they always said that you will get it today. This is very frustered for any customer if he is giving money but not getting service properly.

Abnormal Delay In Delivery Of Gas Cylinder

HP Gas Booked on 17.02.2011 on or after 21days since last gas received ide Consumer No. 606528. It is almost 14 days lapsed but the situation remains unchanged. More over it is 35 days passed from the receipt of last cylinder . It is a regular feature of this Gas station and the customers are in great hazard to obtain a cylinder. In Fact I want to know the procedure of the system of obtaining a Gas Cylinder. Is it not possible to deliver a cylinder within the stipulated day after boking as guided by the Authority. Please confirm it and send a guideline with the proof of Authority to my email- [email protected] so that I can fight for all against this type of serious irregularities established by the Gas Stations and take a measure to stop this. delay in regular delivery of refil of gas cylinders
my consumer no is 607290. i hv HP gas connection..i hv booked for refill of cylinder on 28/10 with ref no 5696..but till tdy 10/11/10 i didnt get the refill...whenevr i call on their office no (lingaraj gas service) number will be busy...or else they r not recieving the call..i went to ask abt the delivery of refill cylinder, but they told sir there was no stock in plant and will send u tmrw..when i asked abt the customer care no where i can give complaint they did nt give me the number.
when i call on customer service centre of hp gas in orissa on 0674-2547311, they took my consumer no and cut the call...
later they r nt recieving my call...
so wht should be done for this..
plz help me...
