Within 15 days after purchase of the printer (model no.MY9C91125N) on 30-03-2010 from M/S Spark Technology Ltd. vide Bill no. SJK/R-83, the printer stopped printing black ink.
The printer was shown to M/S Redington Service Centre Jammu who registered the complaint with case ID Case-2956617 dt. 14/05/2010.
They diagnosed the problem in Head Assebly which was to be replaced. Since then we have been visiting the service centre but the Head Assembly has still not been replaced despite lapse of more than 2.5 months. and assurance from Mr. Pradeep Yadav ( Mobile no. 09810128820) & Ms. Arprita concerned officials of HP .
