I purchased a hp 3 in 1 printer from IMPEL INFOSYS (Shop No 1 &2, Lubana Complex, Garaha Road
Jalandhar, 0181-5076547) on 09/01-2007. After working for around 4 months it got a Technical problem( Power detection error) , i went their and asked for rectifying it, the owner and one of his assistant gave me wrong guidance about the service center,no service center exist on that spot, it was great jolt of humiliation and embarrassment.
