NON RECEIVING OF FREE GIFT AFTER PURCHASE OF 2 NOS. HP COMPUTERS IN OFFER PERIOD
DEAR SIR,
I HAVE PURCHASED 2 NOS. COMPUTERS DURING FREE GIFTS PERIODS FROM BHALLA BUSINESS CENTRE, RANIPUR, HARIDWAR, BUT EIGHT(8)MONTHS HAVE BEEN PASSED, THE SAME GIFTS DID NOT RECEIVE SO FAR. WHAT IS MEANT TO OFFER THE FREE GIFTS WHEN YOU CAN NOT FULFIL YOUR WORDS/ADVERTISEMENT TO CUSTOMERS. PLS FEED BACK.

quality and service of company
I have compaq two laptop both are having same problem, HP service center says its a HP MFG. Defect. and co. also know that .Problem in mother board, i have also placed complain in hp site but they are giving respond very slow. after 7 day of y complain no one can give me repaly .

I have very mutch trust on hp and also i am useing other 8 product of hp including Destop pc and printers, but now slowly i lost trust on hp. In this case this is manufacture Defect and co also know that.so company have to replace my laptop mother board at free of cost and also give compensation for my inconviniance .
Frist thing in my life we never use any hp product, never recommended any hp product,

Bad Service
i bought hp dv4 last year. got some problem with its touch panel and battery. when i took it to hp service center (amritsar). they told me that battery is okay, but the software installed show it need to be replaced. the serivce center guys dont believe and tell me its okay. when i charge it, wont charge the moment is plug it. starts charging after 20 min.
then what is the fun of buying. i am really fed up

HP Pavilion Elite e9160f comes with one robbert foot
Today I got my HP Pavilion Elite e9160f delivered. Right out of the box, I was going: "F**k! HP are bunch of idiots!"

The bottom of the brand new HP tower has only ONE rubber foot. Yes, believe or not, only one.

I was going, "Hmm, " maybe it was a special design. But I searched for the whole package, NOT a single robber foot.

First reaction is I need to call HP and talk about it.

Then I am thinking. Why would I want to spend time to call, and go through the painful warranty process?

I am going to blog about it. Yes, blog the bejezas out of it. HP will see this, and they will get back to me.

So here I am, still waiting for HP to get back to me.

notebook wont get of the windows loading scren
so i bought my notebook 7/9/09 and todaya is 9/16/09 and i been having issues since two weeks sfter i bought it so i call hp because fianlly i cant even long on to my computer anymore so i talk to some lady she swears she going to fix the problem i ask her to transfer me to someone higher then her she transfer me to a guy name roger sharma (and he didnt want to give me his name) and its like everytime you are talking to him he listens and then when its time for a response no response i say hello and he says the same thing i ask for a supervisor keeps me on hold for one hour comes back and says the supervisor said- i asked to talk to him so he can tell me i dont want to hear from you then he put me on hold and told me to ship m computer out and asked for my credit card information for billing umm my computer is still under warranty? you still have to pay apple sent my daughter a new ipod touch no shipping or handling no problem no hold hp i dont know what there issue is but it is ridlous aple may be more expense but there service is better.

REPLACE PRINTERS/REFUND
This is with Reference with the case-id no.ININ-627-2056673 For the HP OFFICEJET PRO Printers L7580 & L7380 printers with serial no.s-MY7YC4301Y(MY77L5500Q) with extended warranty care pack s.no.G5Z8IN00E935 Exp 10/2010 & S/n.MY8C28219Q Respectively Purchased on 28th May’2009.
Though We got Printer Replacement Twice & Printer Head K/Y-8 Times there has been no permanent solution- every 2nd day after replacement same problem arises & we have to carry such bulky printers to HP service centre .Though I have both the printers under warranty theire is no onsite support for such higher end model even I came to know from Hp Tech.Engineer reason for the problem he says that this series i.e.73 & 75 are failure models and who ever owns such model are going through same situation.

We request HP to refund entire amount or replace the said printers with new model. We are tired of carrying the printers as of 10 times now . Does HP does’nt have any responsibility or respect for the customers troubles.Its hardly 2 months old & the problems have started who will be responsible once the warranty lapses.

Please do the needful as early as possible, Else we have to bang Consumer Forum’s Door.

Credit Card Unknown Transaction made
Hi,

This a perfect example of inefficient and unreliable HP technical support provided to me .

The person who did this to me is in technical support and his name is EYZL QUEVAADA.

I have extended my warranty for one year standard service ie; pick up and return on Sep 12 '09 and I have been charged $ 149 which was communicated to me ..But when I checked my credit card transaction a another transaction of $ 162 was charged which realy made be surprized and I am not at all aware of this .
But the transaction is on the same name HP .

I called the people on the Hp customer support and at least I dialed them 6 times and spent 2 hour s with them to get it resoleved and all saying that we can only see the $ 149 transactions ..After lot of pain one of them name Antonio Delloro told that Case manager can resolve this and he has asked me to wait until Sep 14 Monday and I will receive a call.

My question is how this thing can happen and how they can prove that it was not an attempt of unauthorized transactions which was made to my card by the HP associate ...This is not tolerable ...Actually they are not people who really listen to the voice of their customers and competent enough to work on such a brand ..I am completely disappointed with it and I will make sure not to make any transaction with HP in future..

If someone is really seeing this please provide me the contact people on the HP whom can lsiten to me ..

I want my money back in no time and also answers on how such things happened ..Please respond anyone and help me out of this.

POOR PRODUCT/CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ORDERED A CUSTOMIZED NEW HP dvt5 PAVILLION NOTE BOOK FOR GRADUATE SCHOOL USE. HOWEVER, THIS WAS TO BE THE FIRST PRODUCT TO ORDER FROM HP. I VERY EXCITED TO USE HP PRODUCT FOR THE FIRST TIME. AFTER TWO WEEKS, I HAD THE PLEASURE OF OPENING MY NEW HP PRODUCT HOPING TO HAVE A LASTING ADDICTION TO HP PRODUCTS. THIS EUPHORIA WAS TO A NIGHTMARE, WITHIN A TWO MONTHS THE KEY BOARD, DVD DRIVE STARTED GIVING ME HEADACES. I HAD TO SEND BACK THE PRODUCT IN JANUARY FOR REPAIRS.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM EXPRESSED HOPE THAT THE ISSUE WILL BE RESOLVED ONCE AND FOR ALL. HOWEVER, AGAIN I HAD TO SEND THIS PRODUCT IN MARCH FOR THE SAME PROBLEM WITH THE USUAL PHRASE IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN!!!

HOWEVER, AGAIN I HAVE TO FACE THE SAME PROBLEM THAT IS BOGGING THE UTILIZATION OF THE NOTEBOOK. THE KEYS ALWAYS GET STUCK. WHEN I CALLED TO SPEAK WITH AN AGENT, SHE WAS FULLY OF PRAISE FOR THEIR SERVICING OF THE PRODUCT- SIMPLY BECAUSE SINCE THEY LAST WORKED ON THE NOTEBOOK IN MARCH IT NEVER GAVE ANY PROBLEM UNTIL AFTER 4 MONTHS???

HOW GREAT OF A PRODUCT. TO ALL NEW SHOPPERS OF NOTEBOOKS- LEARN FROM SOME THESE EXPERIENCES AND DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR HARD EARNED CURRENCY TO A RATHER WORTHLESS PRODUCT LIKE HP. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS ARE THE WORST BUNCH TO EVER DEAL WITH.

HP House Call service warranty
We purchased an extended service warranty called HP House Call which was supposed to provide in home repair if the problem was unable to be resolved remotely. However, over a 3 or 4 day period of jumping through hoops which included 3 different kinds of system restore, system hardware scans, etc. I was repeated ly refused connection with in-home tech and was told that there is no warranty for in home support. Even after I read them what it said on the internet, they denied me service. I ended up having to sent the computer in because I had no other choice. I filed a formal complaint but even tho' I supposedly got the right person, he was unable to tell me whether or not I was entitled to in-home support. I also read to him the promise made on the HP website, but he said he'd have to look into it. He said to make me happy he would credit my bank card the amount and continue the coverage but I'm not holding my breath. This should be illegal to promise something yet withhold it when it's needed.
