SLUGGISHNESS IN SENDING MOBILE UNDER SCHEME
AS I HAVE PURCHASED A HP PEVILIAN LAPTOP.HP has give a mobile of motrolla q7 in Rs 4000 ihave sent draft about months before but i have not recieved mobile.my registeration no is LHWFTS8BW9 AND REGISTERED FILE NO IS 114759.

DEFECTIVE LAPTOP COMPAQ V3000 SERIES
I BOUGHT A COMPAQ PRESARIO NOTEBOOK V 3029 AU, SERIAL (S)2CE63506FP PRODUCT (1P)RD574PA OPTION (30P)ACJ on 30/09/2006. THE notebook had a warranty of 1 year.<br />

I by chance visited the HP website where I found out - HP has identified a hardware issue with certain HP Pavilion dv2000/dv6000 and Compaq Presario V3000/V6000 series notebook PCs, and has also released a new BIOS for these notebook PCs, version F.39 for dv2000/V3000, and version F.3D for dv6000/V6000.<br />

I contacted Hp India on phone (request no 4602632398) that I am facing the similar problem as mentioned but they had no answer. Rather I am facing the problem since a long time now and have decided not to use Hp products in future and persuade people not to use Hp goods due to lack of support and no support and responsibility once they have sold the product. if there is a documented hardware issue then Hp should rectify it or replace the instrument/recall. You are letting the consumers use faulty instruments in the market and then just shrug off your shoulders saying that the warranty period is over when the hardware had an inherent defect right from the beginning.<br />

I would like Hp to replace my notebook if they dont wanna loose a loyal customer and keep their motto of customer satisfaction.<br />

I have purchased HP Laserjet P1008 printer on 30-01-2009 which was assured with the free toner to be given. So far the same is not recieved.

Refused to acknowledge my warranty
My mother purchased a custom made Hewlett - Packard computer and shipped it out to me. When she bought it they told her the warranty was good for one year and would cover any damage caused to the computer. I'm back now and I still have 2 months left on my warranty before it expires. I am constantly on my computer typing papers and using the internet. I dropped a mug on my computer breaking the hard drive. I called Hewlett Packard twice to get my warranty to cover my computer cost and to get it fixed. Both times, the agents I spoke to, told me I did not have a warranty on my computer though I had documentation stating I did. Since Hewlett Packard refused to honor the warranty I was forced to take my computer into Best Buy to get it fixed. I had no where else to turn and I need the computer for my job and school. My mom had also called and got a case worker assigned to figure this out. She denied our claim that HP compensate me for the work done on the computer because the computer got taken in to a third party for repairs, despite the fact that Hewlett Packard refused to acknowledge my warranty. A company like this can put you back is difficult to understand.

Terrible company
Recently I find that HP printer has kept a cool freebie offer- on buying 500 sheet ream get 10 sheets sample pack and also $2 rebate. Only you need to complete the survey. Well, I will not recommend this to anyone. I have done the survey and also purchased ream from HP Printer. Well, I received $2 rebate on struggling hard and the free 10 sheet sample was not a good idea. The sample sheets I received were spoiled brown and the corner end was like burn. It is not advisable to subscribe for the thing you do not have any idea about the product they are going to send you after buying and wasting lot of money on their deceptive policy.

dEFECTIVE 2210B
i bought 2210b of hp
. The battery was giving lot of heat from the beginging. I lost data due to sudden failure of the battery. I lost my data.

2. Due heat that emited by the notebook, the whole base color had been spoiled.

3. It was generating shocks which talked to Sarabjeet Singh and Sarabjeet in turn spoke to service centre.

I was called up by the service centre people once saying that the Serial number of the notebook is not matching. Now today I spoke to you saying that same was mistake at service centre.

I am not writing you now more details as I had explained every thing over long teleconv which I called up at my cost.


Now I will not call you up and hear again your poor response to customer service, the exaple shows how many times you have cared to reply my mails. You are suspecting your customers. Now I dont want the notebook and keep it with you. I will go to a consumers court for justice.

Defective PC
This PC is defective! My computer has required 2 mother board replacements during 18 months of ownership. HP will no longer honor any warranty even thought the computer has inherent problems that will cause another mother board failure, according to their own tech support staff. I was told that the slimline design has resulted in major components being placed too close together which causes a voltage surge and shorts out the motherboard. HP will not respond to complaints, so I guess I'm stuck with a product that was no good to begin with.

Awful after sale service
I bought a notebook with the intent of making movies of my vacation pics in windows movie maker, the finished product worked fine at first but now the moving pictures leaves trails across the screen in the first second or two, then they clear up. i've talked to their tech people once in the hp chatroom, and 3 times over the phone, no issue resolution, and know they want me to pay 59 or 100 dollars to let their 2nd level techs try to solve my problem. at this point i feel they should replace this unit with one that works or refund my money. i've bought 3 hp computers so far but this will be my last one, ever, they don't stand behind their products.

Stay away
In September of 2009, I bought a computer from Conn's on Military Drive, in San Antonio. I bought it one day before I left to college. The next day when I arrived at my dorm, I turned it on and was using for literally five minutes and then poof, it die completely. I called conn's and they said to send it back and I did. I spent the first two months of my college career without a computer. Since I got to college I have sent the computer back 4 times! They refused to replace it and I eventually bought one from Best Buy that works perfectly. I WARN YOU, DO NOT BUY ANTHYING FROM CONN'S. THEIR NAME SAYS IT ALL!
