Mistreatment of Customer, No Lemon.
My grandparents had bought me an HP laptop from Frys. They also got the extended warranty. Eventually, (not to long after purchased) something had gone wrong internally and I took in into Frys and they replaced it for me since it was a defective product. Then, not to much longer later, the new laptop had something wrong with it as well, the screen would never turn on. So i took it in one more time
They had it for a very long time, then when I got it back, the problem wasnt even fixed. It worked for about 2 days, then it happened again. Also, the wireless stopped recognizing on it as well. So I took it in AGAIN. This time, they wouldnt even touch it. Treated me very badly and said they couldn't look at it. And the warranty was still good. I got very upset and told them how poorly theyre treating their customers. All I wanted was for them to fix it or give me another one since they had serviced it "supposidly" and didnt even fix the problem the second time.
They wouldnt touch it. So, I had my friend take it in. And of course, when he took it in, they serviced it. Gee. How nice. They grasp his business but not mine. But, now that he has taken it in, it has been there for about 2 months now and last my friend heard from them, they hadn't even touched it!
I am going on every complaint website I can hoping that this poor business quality will reach Frys, and any other customers who hopefully dont fall into the hole that I have with them.

Factory defects detected after a year
I bought a brand new HP Pavilion Entertainment Pc dv2530ee here in Dubai United Arab Emirates with a warranty period of 1 year.
I am not always using frequently since i bought, after a year the LCD appeared horizontal stripes and malfunctioning.
I brought to HP service center and diagnose the problem, the results of dianosis either to replace LCD or the whole motherboard because of the NVIDIA GeForce malfunctioning and electrical connections.
The repair will cost almost the same price of a brand new PC. How HP company sell this kind of product with such factory defects. Hp products is now in a worldwide junkshop. Visit any of the computer repair services in your area, It's almost HP products everywhere. I thought HP is no. 1 product, BUT IT IS NOT.

Customer Care
HP Customer Care is very bad for the following reasons
- Their Systems always seemto be down.
- They dont listen to the customer
- Very rude at times.
- Asked for a way to complain and representative doesnt know how to?
- The repaired product didnt work
- You get transfered from one department to another.
- Customer ends up explaining the problem on every call (Poor documentation of call History)
Hope you have never bought a HP product. If you have, hope that they never need a repair.
Thanks

Problems with my HP Digital camera, lousy customer service, always offline
About a year ago I purchased an HP Photosmart Digital camera. For the first several months I was very happy with my camera & its superb image quality.
It recently had a lens malfunction and when I called Tech Support I was told to ship the camera to their manufacturer. I shipped the defective unit to them back at the beginning of October. It was bad enough that I had to shell out over $30 just to send it to them, but little did I know I was in for much worse.
Last week I tried to call the HP Support line to check up on the status of my camera. After going thru that ever-so-frustrating "voice recognition" nonsense, I was finally routed to the proper area where I remained on hold for almost two hours after which I hung up in frustration.
So I tried to access whatever information I could through the website only to read a page which stated "Our records are currently offline. Please try again later."
The next day I tried calling back, only to wait 3 hours. Again I was forced to hang up after such a wait. Once again I went to the website, only to receive the same damn message. "Our records are currently offline. Please try again later."
After a 30 minute wait I was finally able to get thru to a live person with a think Indian accent whom I had to repeat my information at least 3 times. She then told me "I'm sorry, our systems are down & there's nothing we can do. Please try again tomorrow." I was LIVID.
This has been going on for over 5 days now. This is inexcusable! Is THIS what HP thinks of their customers? I vow to never purchase another HP product ever again.

bad Product
I am writing to let HP Pavilion a6110n know that the quality of my desktop PC is so disappointing that I am returning the item. I frankly do not expect any compensation for such a worthless piece of junk.
This particular PC has been returned for repair before, yet the problem still continues. Every few days my PC locks up, and I must restore the PC to use it at all. There never seems to be a solution to this issue. If you check under my name, HP will notice my many, many calls.
I have given up calling the customer support staff because they are at a loss to know how to help me. Instead, I get sent to another department, who in turn, asks the same questions as the last group of representatives, who received the call before them. I literally wait hours.
I bought this PC thinking it was quality merchandise and instead I get an unusable PC, and customer service from overseas. Not a satisfactory experience. I will never purchase HP products again.
If HP has a graveyard for this PC, I wish to have it buried.
Sincerely

Bad service
My printer was only 5 months old. It would not recognize brand new, HP- brand cartridges installed. Went to self-help on web site--no help. Next, I tried chat support. The tech went through the same steps I already did via self-help. The chat tech was a horrible typist and speller. Email support was next. The emails were confusing, with words all over the place. The same procedure was prescribed that I already tried twice. The email tech thought I was trying to fix a 4315v, not a J4540. Phone support was last, and I could not understand a word the caller said. I gave up, wrote HP headquarters a letter, and said Sayonara for ever.

Worst service ever
I started school so my husband and I decided that we needed a computer, We purchased an HP notebook laptop, it was the best buy the store had so we got it, Had everything installed, looked nice, worked nice for the first 3 days then it crashed, so we took it back and got another HP laptop, got everything installed and it looked nice yet again, we took it home worked nice and fast, but wouldn't let me download ANYTHING so yet again we took it back to best buy, and they said they would need to run tests on the computer and someone would call me with in a few hours to let me know what was wrong with my computer, so yet again I was out of a computer. I waited and waited for them to call me and no one did, I ended up calling them, and got put on hold for 45 minutes while they looked up the status of my computer. Then the guy says "your CPU went and needs to be shipped back to the company to get fixed." so I told them to send it back, then he tells me that it will take 4-6 WEEKS to get back. I got flustered and said whatever. I talked it over with my husband and we decided that we could not wait and wanted a new computer. We spoke to an associate and he said to come in and we would talk about this. We went in and they wanted to sell us a beater, that I was not interested in. I mean my computer has to last me my entire college career and my husbands, so we got a Toshiba, and so far it has worked. I mean seriously both computers CPU's going with in a month?? odd and not very likely I don't think they were the best buy after all.
