False billing
Bought a brand new Hard drive for a laptop with a start up disk. They never sent the startup disk so I had to call back. Then I got an email stating that if I did not send the old hard drive back I would be charged for it. Contacted a case manager who told me it would be taken care of an it was just a error that I got that email. Two weeks later they charged me again for the same hard drive I had already bought. Called my case manager again and he again said it would be taken care of but would take 5 t0 7 business days to get my money back. The next day I was charged a third time for the hard drive that I bought and again called the case manager who claims it was my mistake and that they had only charged me twice and not the third time and that my bank account was wrong. All my complaints go back to the same case manager who lies about the facts and keeps saying he is taking care of it but has not. False billing is when a company charges your account for fees that were not approved by the other party and since it has happened twice that is a big problem because not only are those funds held till it gets fixed but the time and effort I have to go through to get this fixed is well more then just getting those funds back.

not porper working
my pc is under gareenty of 3 year and only after 1 year it is not funtioning properly i need some one to solve the problem i dont know about the exact problem but the pc is not openning

Warranty and Tech Support
I bought a HP mini laptop online through Future shop and received in within a week and in that week the laptop had errors stating that files are missing or corrupt. I called HP support and they explained to me that it was out of warranty... I just received this laptop! So I bought an extended warranty for a year and this was on October 20th, 2010. I received the email stating that I purchased it. I own 2 laptops and the mini is one the does not get used very often. I reloaded windows back into the laptop and it worked for another week. Then when I finally had time to sit on the phone for an hour or more to call into tech support again... It was in May of this year. Same error . I talked to someone in tech support explaining that I paid for an extended warranty and for some reason they could not find it ... surprise surprise .. I then was pretty frustrated and wanted to talk to the supervisor and he was really nice and helped me and to my surprise found the warranty information and sent me out the box and information to send the laptop in to get fixed, with no cost to me... I was very pleased! He was so understanding and explained to me that the warranty was purchased from the US warranty service and because of all the trouble I was having that he would fix that for me. What he was going to do I dont know, I was just happy that it was going to be fixed. Finally. So when i received the laptop back I turned it on and it worked ... for not even a week ! same problem! Being a very busy person and not being able to sit on the phone for another hour or so. I finally was able to to call in Aug and try to get it fixed as I talked to a cpu tech here in town and he said it was a bad hard drive. I didn't want him to fix it as my laptop was still under warranty. but to my dismay after sitting on the phone with someone that couldn't hear me and must have repeated everything to me 3 times I was told that they could not help me because there is no record that there is a warranty. ( I have lost the number) My fault, but i explained to him that the supervisor that i talked to in may found it and he helped me. He told me that he could not help me ' bottom line' and told me to call back when I had the number. I looked everywhere for the number and found in me endless emails the actual email stating that I purchased the extended warranty. So i called back and was told that i needed to register my laptop warranty before they could do anything! wow . So after being put on hold for another 1/2 hour I was told that my warranty was canceled back in May and that I no longer had a warranty!!! I explained to him what happened back in may and that the supervisor was to fix that . I guess he did fix that ! I am very disappointed in HP and the service that i received . I have now been sent to another department in where they will call me back in 24 - 48 hours . I think this is ridiculous and cannot believe that they canceled my warranty !!! Why would any sane person cancel their warranty with a product that they have had problems with since day one??? I work in an industry in where I can tell my customers and family to not purchase HP products because they do not support the product and you seem to always get the run around and they deny the fact that you already purchased a warranty, and besides it takes you a lot of wasted time on the phone or online to get anything fixed. I will go to the end with this. and will not allow another person to be disappointed with a bad product in which that is HP . I will not even get into the fact that I have had a HP desktop cpu that I have also had problems with and have gave up on. In the last 5 years I have paid over $1200 on HP products and services that has been nothing but a pain in the neck ! Do not purchase HP !!! I will never again...

Most of the Hp laptop customer get irritated from the hp service center
Most of the Hp laptop customer get irritated from the hp service center. Hp pavilion dv series laptop get failure after 1 year warranty. It is get failure because of heat generation inside the system. It is basically manufacture defect. but hp is not accepting the failure. In hp service centre for repairing the problem, they are asking amount above 20, 000. This type of bad quality product hp is distributing to world wide.
Please take action. This problem still continuing in hp service centre.
Otherwise unrepaired hp product will go to dustbin. this will cause major problem in environment related activities.

HP Product Warranty
My case number is 7501592544.
I just spoke with Oscar: 5011237, located at Dallas, TX. They refused to fix my computer though it is still under factory warranty until 01/2011. They told me to go fix it at a local computer store.
I called concerning a problem with my new HP Touchsmart TX2 laptop which I bought in Singapore with an International warranty.
My laptop was not turning on with caps lock and num lock flashing. From the forums online, this means it is a problem with the CPU.
I called HP customer support and spoke with Jabraim (Manager Moina) in Mumbai India for close to an hour before they told me they would escalate the issue.
I would like my laptop fixed or replaced.

The computer would not boot up on initial startup. I spent several hours with two or three phone support representatives who seemed to be clueless about how to address the problem. One told me to open the case and reseat the TWO memory modules. In fact, there were FOUR modules, two of which were inaccessible without first removing the DVD drive. He apparently didn't know the details of the system I had ordered even though he had the Product Number and Serial Number. After much fumbling around, I decided to contact e-mail support instead. Initially the interaction seemed OK but soon fell apart. We agreed the computer would be returned for repair. I told the rep by e-mail that the box for returning the computer should be sent to my daughter's college dorm in Boston and the repaired computer should be sent to my address in Miami. Through at least three or four e-mail exchanges I reminded the reps of the two different addresses (included several times in the e-mails) and requested written confirmation that they understood. I never received that confirmation. Instead, I finally received an e-mail saying the return box would be sent to Miami, not Boston. I had to remind them for the third or fourth time that the return box was going to Boston. The customer service rep apologized and told me the current service order therefore had to be canceled and a new one issued, which would take an additional two days. What I can't understand is how not one customer service rep could understand what was so clear in the e-mail exchanges about the addresses. There are at least three or four instances in the e-mail exchanges where the addresses are included, along with specific instructions. No one on the HP side seemed to get it. Apparently this is what can happen when an American company outsources its customer service organization. You wind up with staff that may speak and read English but doesn't really understand it. Either that or they are poorly trained and incapable of paying attention.

At the place that they should have changed my defective laptop they are not even carrying out the repairs
I had purchased a compaq 610 laptop in october. within a day the cd rom got defected and the screen started showing a point, a dot on it. when i approached the hp service centre they said that we undertake repairs only if there are 8 dots as such. after mailing to every mail address i could get hold of, the only thing that happened was they acknowledged that they would carry out the repairs. but to my surprise till date no components have arrived. it is such a pity that companies like hp have so poor consumer service. at the place that they should have changed my defective laptop they are not even carrying out the repairs, stating that they are importing the components.

While trying to install the drivers, the system crashed
I bought this laptop on 27th of September and while trying to install the drivers, the system crashed. I sent it to the service center called Technoland on 6th of Oct and I was returned the laptop on 23rd Oct. When I came home, the laptop did not work. I gave it back to the service center on 30th Oct again and till date the laptop has not been repaired. Its been 40 days+ since I bought the laptop and have not been able to use even 1 day.
