Nobody is reverting instead of given lots of mails for this case
This Laptop was given to after sales service partner named as SERVICE PLUS. They have given the LAPTOP on 12/08/2009 which was been accepted by HP. SERVICE PLUS is having the aknowledgment for the same, which I have seen.

Till 25/08/2009 when i have not got any confirmation from HP for the job done I have called to your service center and spoken to them. With reference to this case they have suggested me to send the scan copy of the invoice as you have misplaced the invoice and because of that they have not started the job on Laptop. As they confirmed me that once they received the scan copy of invoice you willl start the job. After consulting through SERVICE PLUS i came to know that SERVICE PLUS have also sended you the Invoice thrice in your office. Still I have sended you the scan of the invoice on 28/08/2009. For the same I have confirmed from office also that whether they have received or not and i have positive answer that they have received the scan image and now repairing will be done.

On 29/08/09 HP people called me that we can not do the repairing because the invoice is hand written and HP as company doesnot accept Hand written and only computerised printed invoice is acceptable. And after lots of discussion through them they told me that case will forward to warranty team. After which no one revert on my case till today02/09/2009. After asking to them on mail people from HP called me and saying that as per warranty team Laptop is out of warranty. And still the Laptop is with them only and now no body is reverting instead of given lots of mails for this case.

They disconnect the call when i complain
I bought a notebook from them. they told me it is under 1year warrenty. it is giving my repeated problems. even now it is more than 15 days since it is with dem. these people are cheaters. they outsourced it to someone rtoutsourcing who just plays with it. even the customer care 01130306363 is ridiculous. they disconnect the call when i complain. i never receive the promised callbacks. even there are people who deny to escalate my matter to higher authorities. today whole day i dialled the bangluru complained number given in the receipt by service centre but no one picked up. even the managers (jitender and rajender raina) did not escalate the matter further. they say there is no nodal office or any regulatory body. as if they are autonomous. i hope people will join me in the campaign against them.

Purchased this computer 7 months ago. 28 days ago, it started freezing up and not responding at all. The error was that WINDOWS had stopped responding. This lasted about 3 days then it froze and went to a blck screen and would not reboot. Sent to HP, they had it 2 days. When i got it back 2 days later it did the same things again. Sent it back to HP and they had it 4 days. Again 2 days after I got it back, it did it again. They have had this computer 2 times and have not yet fixed it. It has now crashed again and they want me to send it back a third time! They have reimaged the HD, replaced the HD and the CPU. They do not stand behind their products! Buyer Beware!!

When I took my computer initially they did not replace my drive but just reinstalled the Operating System
My Combo drive was not working. The tech support in HP asked me to contact there service centre with the case no. to get the drive replaced. However, when I took my computer initially they did not replace my drive but just reinstalled the Operating Systtem. As a result of this mistake I lost my entire data and the issue was not resolved. I contacted again HP support and they said the misatke was on part of the service centre. I got the drive replaced (a dfferent brand) and it still did not work. I again registered complaint both with HP support and the Service Centre RT Outsourcing but no action was taken. I received a call that they will replace the drive again with a original part but did not get any response after that.

This seem some manipulations are done by HP
I have bought a laptop It has Microsoft windows vista home premium. It is not activated and asks for the product key whenever i openm word. When i enter the key given on back side of PC it does not accepts it. Due to this i have not used my pc since i may loose some feartures of the software. I have contacted regarding this to costumer care but i have not got the solution. Then i contacted by mail and they every ask me to forward the details to other mail. on those mails i have not got the response. Even i contacted the microsoft office costumer care but they ask to get the problem sorted on website. When i have given the every detail of the laptop at website of microsoft it is not accepted by them. This seem some manipulations are done by HP.

Their customer service reps are rude, incompetent and can barely understand you
The product is defective. This is the third time this unit is sent back to the Houston Service center for repair. The first time I got it back in 6 or 7 weeks. The second time, I got it back in two days, only to find out they did not replace my motherboard as promised, but replaced the RUBBER FEET at the bottom of my unit. The problem returned as I knew it would, and I have not gotten it back yet. It has been over two months since I contacted HP about this problem. I have just received a call from India saying that I should not expect the unit back until another two additional weeks, at the earliest. The case manager is frequently away from her desk, has NEVER called me back, and apologizes and sighs when I tell her about the problem. I thought she had woken up when I called her. IF she sleeps at her desk, I would not surprised at the very least. Personal attacks aside, HPs customer service is exceptionally shitty, I have called countless times, have been transferrred seven or eight times before speaking to someone who "tried" to help me and failed. I bought their extended warranty knowing the unit was faulty, and was told to buy early, and was promised a whole year after my factory warranty expired. I now have one whole month less warranty for the same price. Their customer service reps are rude, incompetent and can barely understand you. This is completely ridiculous. I asked for a repair unit and HP should replace it under the terms of its warranty but continues to disappoint me. More importantly, it is costing me thousands of hours of productivity that I will never get back just as I am beginning to launch my company. This is completely unacceptable for such a large NGO to get away with. HP should step up.

their phone lines are always busy and the voicemail box is always full
I had bought a compaq presario notebook in the month of july. I had received an offer of getting a HP webcam, HP headset and an international calling card at the expense of Rs. 300. I was told that i would receive the gift within 6 to 8 weeks of receipt of the DD. But to my utter disgust its been more than 10 weeks but i havent received any correspondence from HP neither i have received my gift. I tried calling up the redemption cell but their phone lines are always busy and the voicemailbox is always full...

My iPAQ gets automatically reset frequently and I am not able to use it
I want to bring to your notice the product and service related issue with iPAQ hw6515e. My self and one of myfriend bought two iPAQ hw6515e. We have been using this product since more than a year now, I was facing frequent sofware hanging and sometimes iPAQ getting reset automaticaally initailly during the warranty period. Now my iPAQ gets automatically reset frequently and I am not able to use it. The similar problem was faced by my friend also and his iPAQ was down within a year and the same was replaced by HP free of cost considering it product related issue.

I have given my iPAQ to HP service center in New Delhi vide call no. 2214172780 on 16/08/2007 for check up. HP Service center in India has adviced me to get it replaced by paying an amount of Rs 39, 349.45 which is nothing but buying a new iPAQ. This is surprise to me that how come HP expects from customer to through such an expensive devise after using for one year even though a lot of iPAQ hw 6515e has product related issues.
I have requested HP India to replace my device free of cost as there is product related issue in this lot of iPAQ hw 6515e. HP being globally reputed company should take pride in accepting product related issues and HP should replace faulty devices irrespective of warranty period as being done by Nokia in case of batteries. I have been following up with HP service team since then but there is no response from their side. I wanted to bring to your notice the issue before going to consumer forum. I would request if the matter is taken up within HP and free replacement is sent to me within a weeks time.
