i havent recieved yet my hp tv tuner card and ipod shuffle

I HAVE PURCHASED an HP PAVILLION 6502 notebook having invoice no 962 from G-20 CRYSTAL MALL,NEAR MOTI MAHAL CINEMA,JAIPUR302001 on 13/9/2007
.My product serial no is CNF-7314299.
THIS COMPLAIN IS TO CLAIM D FREE GIFTS that r HP TV TUNER CARD AND HP IPOD SHUFFLE
I have sent a d.d of rs 500 for hp ipod shuffle under students scheme.redemption code-WY3BHAAIVM
AND
have also sent a d.d of rs 600 for for h.p tv tuner card .redemption code-X7L7O9UH2S
