I have purchased a laptp on 4th may from Varanasi through JWALA Distributers. From 20 th may onwards It creates a booting problem .

It does not normal boot up and curser is always blinking
I had tell the problem to jwala distributers Varanasi.
He had tried to resolve the problem through recovery CD. it doesnt work

there after I have show my problem to HP service Center 01/06/2010 ( RT Outsourcing Services LTDer Shastri Nagar Varanasi) They have said DVD driver and mther board has some manufacturing defect, They will replace it.

I need to change MY laptop
Kindly help us
