I bought an HP Pavilion dv5200TX laptop from NOIDA on 31st of Aug 2006 after confirming from HP website and Solutions Integrated , Nehru Place ,ND that an IPod shuffle was being offered as a free gift to students and BPO employees.
I submitted a DD of Rs 500 and all the documents reqd including my Medical College ID card in person at the Nehru Place Office viz Solutions Integrated Pvt Ltd.(c/o Ms Gurnaaz Kaur). I sent many mails to them quoting the redemption code but neither did I receive any reply nor IPod. Its surprising that a reputed company like HP is playing such tricks with its loyal customers to increase its sales.

My redemption code is 6V88SC870C.
I therefore request HP customer care to address the issue ASAP.
