I have purchase a laptop of hp product in the oct.2006 from delhi . Laptop model no. Is dv6114tx of pavilion series and it is in warranty period. In the first month i feel that some problem in my laptop , i was on tour in jaipur rajasthan and contact to authorized service center fo hp name and address as: bb professionals marketing(p) ltd./ bb professionals computers and electronics (p) ltd. I visited above mentioned authorized service center and they have charged and says no problem and no open job card.

Now on 07.05.07 laptop totally stopped and contact to the same service centre and deposit my laptop under warranty and on date 12.05.07 i received laptop in the evening and no charged at service center because office time was over and i asked it is ok , they said ok.

I start the next day on sunday but could not start on battery then i connect with electric connection then power was on but could not started properly and shone blue screne and then i checked battery that was changed because i have signed on my battery and this battery was different.

Then on monday again i went again same service centre and deposit laptop and also discussed all issues and they reply in the evening after discussion delhi hp center and in the evening i again went to service center to know about the progress because they have not inform me till evening by telephone anyway and discussed they replied we have discussed in delhi and thy have transfer your laptop case at higher level and we will reply answer tomorrow evening.

So i m very frustrated to this long process and service center and hp product and i m facing harassment after i have warranty period hp is a renowned company in the world but service very poor before this a have another product laptop and one time i faced a problem and went to service center and same day completely problem solved.

Here process is we will talk , senior will response tomorrow , part is not available and will be available after four five days and so on.

I m not salary based i m daily wages parson and i m on tour in jaipur rajasthan but couple week i could not work due to this problem.

Why i m suffering?

I m very upset regarding the service and service center.
