My computer was purchased 12/29/05. My hard drive recently went out.
I had to call 4 times in one evening. One internet chat. The next day I called again 1 time asking to speak with a supervisor. I waited 1 hr. and still no answer. I was on the phone last night 4/4/07 from 6 p.m until 10:45 dealing with this issue. I was told all would be taken care of in about a hour. I could call back in the morning or evening. I called this morning and again was told I had no extended service. Seems I paid 219.00 for nothing they were saying.
I finally faxed the contract to them. They replied with I do have a contract. Problem is, it only shows 2 year at 109.00. I am so upset with dealing with this company. I've purchased 3 HP's over the years . I've learned my lesson.. NO MORE!!!!
