Ordered a 17' Carry Case and got the wrong thing

I order a 17' Carry Case for my Laptop on the HP Experience Store about 2 weeks ago, i paid for it the same day, i went to pick the item up today and received a bag that doesn't even look like the same bag i ordered online also it doesn't even fit my 17' laptop. If this is the way you run your business then i will not order anything from you again. You can't advertise something that can accommodate notebooks with screens up to 17.3 inches (43.94 cm) and give me something that not only looks different but it's not even the right size, now i have a customer that is very annoyed with me and wants his bag that doesn't fit his laptop.

Unable to deliver a product

I am extremely dissatisfied with HP Shop. I ordered a laptop (Compaq Presario CQ61-140EI Notebook) for R5749.00. First, I was overcharged on this order and needed to call in this error. The call centre assitant (Albert) assisted in reversing the charges and CONFIRMED that this laptop is be available and will be reaching me in 5 - 7 days. HELLO! If only this was true. I just received an e-mail indicating that this product is no longer available. This is false advertising at it's best and technically HP should supply me with a SIMILAR product with SIMILAR specs at the same price - but lo and behold, it's cancelled and done with. Luckily I am not the only one who will never be supporting HP ever again, since my whole office heard the conversation on the speaker phone and saw all the mails and they all agree that this was a RIP OFF and the worst customer service that they have ever heard of!
