non receving of phone &non delivery of gas

dear sir,
i am using h.p. gas connection for last 6 years approx. i m trying to call in anurg gas agency bhandaribagh (agency of h.p. gas) since 1 month. but any body not receving my call. and i have to face many problem because i have not gas yet.and your agency honour is not giving any positive response regarding gas booking or supply.how could i book my gas. when anybody will not pick the call. sir regarding this i need your help to book my gas or supply pls provide me another number for book my gas.
i request you to pls take necessary action regarding my conmplaint. i shall highly oblidge to u .

Dilevery of gas

I am very much fed up with HP Gas and feeling uncomfortable with gas. There is always shortage for gas cylinders with Gas DealerBALMIKI GAS SERVICE, 70-71 NAGAR NIGAM MKT, VIKASNAGAR, KANPUR, UTTAR PRADESH, Pincode : 208002, ). I have booked the gas on 09.12.09 and till date the gas cylinder is not provided except this they are denying to supply for next 10 days also. Every time they are refusing to saying that NO STOCK at Godown. And i m also fed up with the dealing hand at DealerBALMIKI GAS Service. I have 1 cylinders and that is empty with stupid dealing of HP gas services.
