Has anyone had a problem with Craig Primm and the Salvation Army concerning the HPRP program. I know was in the process of losing my home and I signed up for this program not long after it started. He would never return my calls.
He told me I was approved but he never paid any payments, Since he would never call me back I filed a complaint with Representative Sue Myricks office after I did that they told me I would was not approved. I lost my electric, my home every thing. I feel like he discriminated against me because I am black and he's white. Why else would he do this.

He told me I was approved. And than got Pissed off and said now I am not approved. I cannot afford an attorney and he knows this. He makes about $54, 000 a year he don't care. He was reported to Donald which is the person over the Salvation army in Gastonia NC. Why does salvation army keep someone like this. I have talked to others who said he never calls them back either but he lies to upper management and tells them he did call them back.

Why did salvation army in Arkansas send him to NC, I wonder. Salvation Army Gastonia NC received $700, 000 from the state for this program but after speaking to someone that use to work there, I was told that they are using it for other things besides what it was intented for. I was also told they are using it to give raises etc.
NC received $25 million from the Federal Government HUD for one purpose. I think some other agency besides the salvation army needs to run the program. NC Housing Agency should run it from Raleigh that way none of the money goes into someones pocket.
