Then after they have your deposit & other fees, they begin to nickle & dime you for endless features & options that you learn is not included. A $500 site will turn into $2000 or more before your site is even designed because they take weeks to write your content first & then it begins to drag out, it was months just for our first design draft, by that time they had charged us so much for the add on's & etc that in relationship to the work completed we had been charged so far in advance compared to work completed. Beware their refund policy is a rip off & refunds begin at 50% to 75% of the amount paid not 50% of work done. Needless to say they have your money & therefore will treat you like dirt because they got your money & know their policy protects them.
