First problem: Hold time for customer service (yeah right) rep...
6/14- 45 minutes, then darn they closed
6/15: currently 20 minutes with no end in sight
Main complaint: Made payment, hrsa received on the day they generated my statement, they applied to previous month bill, so I get a bill for a late payment and late fee...and oh yeah, which will negatively affect my credit report showing as a late payment.
We pay our bills on time, so I am penalized for making a payment 1 day early...I HATE THIS COMPANY...can't even get a person to answer the phone...
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
