I have never ever written a complaint before and I'll be 60 in a couple of months. I have a Casual Male XL credit card which I am going to cut up to in little pieces. The customer service has been horrendous.
I call about a problem with my bill in early Feb. I called for days, and days, and days - in the morning, afternoon, and evening.
I never heard a live voice to fix the problem.
I wrote a letter to the company.
I never, never, never received a response.
SO NOW the payment is late
And I am charged a late assessment.
I paid and put a note on the payment slip.
Again never, never, never a response.
And another assessment fee.
I finally just paid the amount out of total frustration.
Today I called them and the circus is starting all over again. I emailed Casual Male XL that I am closing the account. I have very few credit cards . I can assure you if I open up an account somewhere and your company provides the billing I will close the account as soon as I see your name on the payment slip.
HSBC Retail Services has the worst Customer Service Dept that I have ever dealt with ever.
