I was a victim of identity theft that may have been commited but an internal employee. After submitting the claim that the account was opened without my consent, I could not receive any information to assist in my investigation.
The second part is that somehow, someone was able to open a second account with the same information for the same store??? This seems a little strange. The person did not have proper ID, did not complete all "required" information but was able to obtain credit.
While they are trying to determine if this was not really me, the actual person is possibly doing the same thing with other people information.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!
