I 've been banking with HSBC for about almost 10 years and have some separates accounts plus safe deposit box. In some reason I have to closed my checking account and Notify that I've changed my current address as well as I update to mylocal post office where I used to live. Than because I closed my checking account one of the officer has arranged my safe deposit box account to keep active since the officer told me that I still have another saving account under my spouse name and they explained to me that they will link and automatic deduct my safe deposit bill every year thru my spouse saving account. "And year after year I never came visit or use my safe deposit box...Until I find out when last months finally I really need to come by and open my safe deposit box to get some important document". I was so upset since they cannot longer find my name on their database and they told me that they had drilled my box since they sent last warning bill to the wrong address(my old address) and one of frikin officer so rude to me explain to me that HSBC has sent me last warning bill about my deposit box and she asked me <br />
1. Why you never come to visit your safe deposit box within several years? <br />
2. Why don't you take a look if you got charges from your spouse saving account or not? <br />
This is a frikin Idiot questions that I have ever heard from unprofesional officer who doesn't want to hear our explaination about what really happened and she kept asking me Which officer that you work with? What is your prove that the officer that you work with before have linked your safe deposit account to your spouse account? <br />
what an Idiot...make me upset and I just told her...Please just frikin close all our account how much that I owe you and end of this ...and take out my name from your frikin database and Don't ever charge me again!!!
