I had applied a broadband internet connection from hathway in Bangalore on 14th August 2009 .I paid the advance of Rs/-1000 on that day.
On 17th Aug, I was told that they could not provide me the connection ang will be giving me refund
The catch is that they do not tell you to contact the accounts department for claiming the refund. I had to find out myself. And the refund/accounts department had the incompetence greater than their field engineers. I dont know how long they are going to take to process one cheque of 1000 rupees. And it is still work in progress.
