I signed up for the 7 day free trial, i needed to get a copy of my credit report. I tried to cancel the trial the second day and still have been trying to contact the customer service to cancel, after they took money from my bank account and caused me trouble with my bank.
I tried to contact all 7 days, sat on hold for 30 minutes here, 15 minutes there, everyday. Sometimes when I called, the line would say I had the wrong number, then it would be busy, when it did finally go through, it told me my options. I believe it was option 6, then it would say customer service is busy with other calls, then blank. I would sit for 45 minutes at times with no noise, no air, nothing. I would then have to hang up. All i wanted to do was cancel before they charged my account. TOO LATE!!! I am still to this day trying to contact them with the number my bank gave me, this time, it will ring and ring and thats all, when it does go through, it says the same thing about customer service being busy and then blank air.
