I received my new watch today in perfect working order, and I love it. Your customer service was outstanding. The fact that you continually sent me updates and replied very quickly to my questions is a credit to your business. I received my watch in 5 working days, which I thought would never happen, but it did. I was so amazed and happy to see it today. I will recommend you to anyone. As long as your business stays open (and I hope forever), I will continue to buy any future watches through you, and I will never go back to a shop to purchase a watch. Again thank you.-- B E Holdcroft, Australia
