This guy came to light when this author found the fellow lying on Facebook page that he was Navy SEAL Retired and Law Enforcemeent Retired. Well after researching him it was determined he was liar involved in many complaints all across the internet. He determined the guy was running unlicensed business in Fountain Valley California. He had the authorities in California notified and the rest is history now. A former Orange County police officer surrendered to authorities Tuesday after he was charged with defrauding clients while working as a private investigator and engaging in a conspiracy to commit sexual assault of an animal by posting ads on Craigslist to have women engage in bestiality with his dog, authorities said. Kevin Michael Sianez, 53, turned himself in after a warrant was issued for his arrest when he failed to appear for a court hearing, the Orange County district attorney’s office said. From 1979 to 1986, Sianez worked for the Santa Ana Police Department and the now-defunct Stanton Police Department. A Fountain Valley resident, Sianez was charged this month in a 63-count criminal complaint. Prosecutors said the felony charges include 20 counts of grand theft by false pretense, 12 counts of fraudulently using an access card, two counts of second-degree commercial burglary, five counts of possession of a firearm by a felon stemming from a 1998 conviction for stalking and four counts of obtaining electricity services through false representation. Sianez is also facing misdemeanor charges including three counts of conspiracy to commit sexual assault upon an animal, two counts of dissuading a witness from reporting a crime, three counts of obtaining electricity services through false representation and one count each of criminal threats, unlawful representation as a private investigator, engaging in the business of private investigation and doing business without a valid license, according to prosecutors. As district attorney investigators began digging into the case, they uncovered evidence of a bestiality conspiracy, prosecutors said. Sianez is accused of posting ads on Craigslist seeking women to engage in acts of bestiality with his Labrador retriever. The ads were posted between October 2009 and January 2010, the district attorney’s office said. He is accused of conspiring with several unknown co-conspirators via e-mail to set up meetings in order for the bestiality to occur. Sianez opened his private investigator’s office in 2005 and employed five people, most of whom were family members, the district attorney’s office said. He allegedly posted false reviews of his business on the Internet, misleading potential clients into believing his business had nationwide offices and investigators. He is also accused of attempting to dissuade two former employees who tried to report his actions to the police, the district attorney’s office said. Sianez allegedly said he would use his contacts as a former police officer to file false police reports against them, and he allegedly threatened to burn down the home of a private investigator who posted Internet comments alerting people to Sianez’s fraudulent activities, authorities said.
