I ordered and paid for a three-cannon kit in August 2008. Weeks later after repeated attempts to contact them they finally sent the two kits they had in stock. The third kit, they claimed, was on back order.

It is now November 10, 2008. Additional emails queries as to the status my remaining item status has been ignored, and phone calls have not been returned.

I have now sent a message requesting a refund for the unsupplied portion of my order... no response yet.

I would not recommend conducting business with this company and hope that other web site would have more integrity then to carry a hot link to their web site.
