I was ripped off by this company ! Their web site is very well made, loads of pictures, lots of descriptions, every garage door part imaginable, but, it's fake... Even the "complaint" section is just to stall you... I ordered Garage door hardware on Oct 9 2008, My electronic check cleared and was deposited into Ricardo Aquino's account on the 15th. I expected some kind of shipping conformation, but after several days... nothing... So I posted a compliant, looks official, gives you a ticket no to track your ticket, but alas, just a stall.. They even have a live customer support page, but again after wasting more time, no one's available, "please fill out more stuff, and we'll get back to you" - right... I tracked down a phone # (973) 472-4818, but of the 6 times I've tried, no person, just a message directing you to the "complaint" section of thier web site. Now it's Nov 6 2008, and no contact what-so-ever... Please stay clear, and share your experience with others to help protect them...
