Never heard of them back about my shipment date. I have may many attempt by phone and leave voicemail, but never heard them back. Then I have made may email attempt. Take them weeks to get back to me saying that their payment system is down. If your company system is down, shouldn't you notify your customer instead of having your customer request? I just send in a request to cancel my order and let see where this will go. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER. Is a one person company.
