It was an online purchase.
I was charged for $77.24 through PayPal in Nov 12, 2009. They didn't send me anything for over a month, and the order was CANCELLED in Dec 5, 2009, (confirmed by email), never got my money back.
No one answers any phone call. I caught the guy (Mike Wong) in charge once on the phone(Dec 28, 2009), and he promised to refund. Nothing happens. (It's Jan 12, 2010 now).
I wonder if I can get help from any organization? Or get some advice?
