The date of delivery was 21st March'10 for which order was placed on 19th March'10 morning time. Item was not delivered on 21st and the hotline no mentioned on website ( 98861-38863) was not reachable entire day on 21st March'10.
When tried to contact on 22nd March'10 on same no, a lady picked up the call. The lady simply said we do not operate on Sunday. No where on the website it is mentioned that the items will not be delivered on Sunday or holiday. The lady abruptly disconnected the call. When tried again, she did not answer the call.
The item is still not delievered and no one from http://www.indiaflowerplaza.com/ is responding on the queries.
Request you to please take action agiants the site where they promise delivery of items on time, any day they are not taking any responsibility.
