What an incredibly ridiculous compnay! After ordering a maternity dress from this company, I promptly returned it within 7 days (their policy) because the quality was severly lacking (to put it mildly). I was supposed to recieve an authorization code a week later by email so I could purchase something else and actually get something for my money, but that did not happen. I called the company to get the code THREE TIMES and STILL no code by email (why I couldn't get it over the phone, who knows). After a month of watiting and no response, I called back YET AGAIN and was treated horribly. I was bascially talked down to and told that I WAS the one not following the policy. Begrudgingly, the operator (the same woman each time) gave me the code. When I went online to their website to redeem it, there was no place to put the code in to discount the $79.99 I had spent. This time, in complete frustration, I handed the situation over to my husband. He called and let them know what we were dealing with. He was then told to put the code in the COMMENTS section and they would process the discount in a day or two! There was no way to see the discount taken at the time of purchase! I was NOT about to give them another $80, because with their track record, I felt that they would take that money and I wouldn't see it again! My husband requested to talk to a manager and was told he/she was not there. He demanded to have someone call him back last Monday. Shockingly enough, no one called, and no one called for the rest of the week. He called again today and was hung up on THREE TIMES! I feel INCREDIBLY taken and will not back down until I see my money. I followed the return policy TO THE TEE and ALL I want is my money back. We have called our credit card company to complain and see what they could do, to no avail. Yet they said they'd keep it on record. I intend to let EVERYONE I CAN know that this company should not be dealt with in any way, shape or form.
