On June 8, I placed an order from this company for several sewing patterns. On the 27th, I contacted them via e-mail at the address they gave asking why I had not received my order. Miraculously, the same day I received confirmation that it would be shipped the next day. This e-mail included a tracking number.
I went to the website today to track my package. I couldn't log in. I clicked the button for send info and it was the same information that I had just typed in. It still didn't work.
There is no phone number listed on their website. The wrong postal address is listed. I know this because I looked them up. They're not even in the same city now! I called the number listed at google and surprise, surprise! There is "no one available to take your call".
These are shoddy business practices. No problem taking your order or your money...but getting assistance? Nope. Getting my order? Doubtful, at best.
