I purchased somewhere between 100 and 200 hugable hangers from HSN made by Joy Mangano's company. I love them. However, on a recent trip I several hangers broke during the trravel by plane. I called and complained and after the service re blaming the airline industry for 10 minutes she finally agreed to replace the hangers. I just received the replacements in the mail and to my amazement they replaced the exact number of hanges I said I lost. I was shocked and found this to be really cheap on their part. I have purchased numerous of her products but will not be purchasing again. To begin with if they feell it is the fault of the airline then why does Joy Mangano pack the luggage she designed and sells with her hangers. I hope others read this complaint.
