Huggies Gold strips issues and leaks
At the beginning of this month i purchases 2 packs of Huggies Gold. Thinking that this must be a better product than the normal pampers. There are now 6 nappies whos strips do not stick and after one pee they leak I mean one small pee then my son is wet and his clothes soaked in pee. The size is correct with his weight. Compared to the other nappies out there you huggies gold cost quite a bit more and you would expect the quality to be much beter.
I did contact them and when i informed the consultant of the strips she advised me that i need to call back with some serial number thats located on each nappy. i asked if she would call me back and she said just ignored me.
Im changing back to a trusted brand Huggies is just a waste of my hard earned money!!!

More than half of diapers weren't stretchy
I normally LOVE huggies and have been using them above all other brands since my daughter was born in November. Never a problem.
Until the past 2 months.. I ALWAYS buy the biggest value box the store carries. My daughter was in size 3 when I realised most of the diapers tabs were snapping right off when I would fasten her diaper. I figured it was one faulty box and I still had a box of size 3 (other brand) from my baby shower I could use up. Then I get to the next box ( same size) to notice the same thing happening. I don't know if it the store taking poor care of their goods or if this is a bad batch of diapers that was distributed? Sad to say more than 70% of the 248 diapers I paid for were unusable! :( :(
I'm afraid to purchase huggies again, afraid of the same thing happening.

faulty nappies
i have been buying huggies since my daughter has been born i always buy in bulk and for the second time i have received nappies that does not have any straps on them some has on the one side and some does not have at all i opened the pack and used about 30 out of a 82 pack nappies and the second time i used about 32 out of a 68 pack nappies i am happy with huggies but i just had enough now i am a single mother and it is tough for as it is now i have to go through this but i wont change the brand huggies is a good quality nappie

Pay a lot to get damaged nappies
Hi went and bought two packets of Huggies Dry and the first couple of nappies where fine, then when i get to about number 15 have the nappy is damaged, stips are missing on one side, wings aren't there, they place the strips stick there isn't any where to stick it...
nappies cost people a lot of money and not everyone can afford to just go out and buy new ones because they one's you bought are damage!

leaking and tearing
I am really dissappointed i have been using huggies since my fourth month baby was born and i recently purchased a large bundle 100 x as they were on offer, so far we have had 5 leaks so i had a good look at the nappies and can see that many of them are defectvce at the side the elastic bit that secures the bottom bit to avoid leakages is not as it should be. I have had a rough few days and a very unhappy baby as ive had to strip her in the back seat of my car etc whilst we were out!
I have lost a lot of confidence in huggies now because of this and its such a shame as i would have highly recommended them before. I have spent a lot of money on huggies nappies as i believed they were the best.

fasteners breaking
i am a mum of 6 children, i have always used huggies nappies, the last two big bags of huggies size 6 that i have bought the fasteners have just broken of as i have gone to stick them to nappies, and at £10 a bag from tescos i cant afford to keep paying for nappies that break, i have an autistic son of 3 who i cant potty train yet due to his autisim, so he is in nappies longer than he should be, i dont usually complain but out of the two bags i bought about 10 nappies didnt break.

no grip
have purchased huggies and on many occasions found that it had no grip on.in 1 pack of huggies i found 3 that had no grip on and almost every pack that i buy is the same.i have proof of the nappies.

Bought a faulty pack
I firstly want to say that i love huggies, it absorb excellently and is cost effective. This month as i normally do bought 2 jumbo pack (the red ones) which last me the whole month with a week to spare. Only to find while changing my active 9month (which means you have to work fast) old's nappy i found the nappy's sticky tape either one side broken off or as i stick it to close it, it just breaks off without me havign to pull, i have so far pulled out 5 with broken sticky tape and one that just wouldnt stick. If it was one or maybe even two i would've been o.*** but 6 nappies that i can not use is a bit frustrating. I know for a fact that this is not a regular occurence because i have always been satisfied with huggies i used it with my 1st child aswell but you do get angry when you're the one sitting with the faulty pack.

nappies leaked
I bought a bulk pack of nappies for my daughter who is 2 and they were the jeans for jeans day nappies. They just leaked she woke up and was soked every nught.
