Absurdly expensive internet that technically fulfills the contract, but only just. More than half the time, the service has data loss that prevents consistent downloads, or even browsing.
We're quite alright with taking on the fine for terminating our contract early, as it make little sense to continue making the poor carrier pigeons that apparently transmit our data labor in futility.
The company's customer service has also been far less than helpful, giving us no reason whatsoever to reconsider our change to another service. Seems they're fine with being phased out; it seems like a poor business plan, but it's no skin off my back.
