My boyfriend was fed up of his car and was thinking of trading it for another car. We had gone to Huling brothers for it. When my boy friend went in to finalize the deal he saw a truck he liked a lot and decided to go for it. While they checked the car out, they started taking our information. We informed the finance manager that we did not want our credit run until we accepted the deal and had worked out all the numbers.

We shouldn't have believed him when he said that. It was just a lie why couldn't I see it. When he came back he offered us a horrible deal. We obviously were not up for that offer. We told him no we were not interested and got up to move up. The manager suddenly began arguing with us. He was very rude and unprofessional. We left from there when we realized that they did run our credit when we told them not to and they were not apologetic about it at all! I would never go to them again even if they were the last dealers on earth. They are deceitful, rude, horrible and have the worst ever customer service!
