I claimes a repco clutch kit at Rusty Bourn Midas at Bellville branch.
After i fitted the new clutch every thing worked perfect.
The claimed clutch kit was supposed to go to Luke clutches for testing, the salesman said it will take about 2 months, after about eight months nothing happend, i asked them what about the claim. They atnitted that thel hada problem with ther personel at the claims department. They lost all my info about the clutch. I gave it to them the third time, and they reclaimed it.
It is now a eleven months that they keep telling me i have to waight, now the sales person named Carlos does have a attetude that is negetive for the Midas group.
When i spoke the owner he sais that i have to speak to Carlos and he sais every time i have to waight.
I do have a account for several years with Midas and spend averadge twenty five thousand rand per month at the shop.
What must i doe now
