I have requested help four times concerning Popups and I keep getting advise that I have followed over and over without results.

I am advised to enable the Popup Blocker and set it on high, which I do but I still have those annoying popups.

Everytime I check "On Guard " I notice the Immunizer is disabled & the Pop Blocker box is not checked (it is always on medium.) I then enable both and set the Popup Blocker to high, I check the Internet Explorer and see that the popups are still there. When I go back to Netcom3 I see that the Immunizer is disabled, the Popup Blocked is not checked and it is set again to medium.

I would appreciate a soluton to this problem, the only reason I bought your product was to get rid of all the popups.
