I bought a pair of so called authentic ugg boots. When i recieved they were big i contacted the company and told them that and they said i should try insoles, are they kidding me. On top of that i brought them to a ugg retailer and was told that they were fake. Dont know what should i do now. They told me that the cost of shipping back to them will be almost the price i paid for them that i would be better off buying a new pair..THIS IS CRAZY!!!
