I called Hungry Howies for a price on a large order. I always ask for my total, so I'm prepared when the pizza is delivered. When delivered, I was given a price of $15.00 more than originally stated. Because we were having a party, I dealt with the issue the next day. I went directly into Hungry Howies with my receipt and asked for the manager. His first response was "what do you want?" I told him that there was a mistake or misunderstanding with my bill. From there he became rude, loud and just plain nasty. Never once did I raise my voice, swear or respond rudely. I don't handle things that way. I was totally shocked with this manager's response, as he became angry and accused me of "coming in and being rude" I did tell him that I was in no way being rude (if that was rude...) but simply wanted to address the issue. He refused to listen-and offered me nothing. When I left, I stated that our only recourse was to take our business elsewhere, and his response was "THAT'S GOOD!"
I can't believe a so called manager would act the way he did. This is certainly not good customer service. Obviously, he does not value his customers, because to talk the way he did to me, would certainly drive customers elsewhere.
