i have bought hero honda hunk on 27/10/2008.it is insured from national insurance company.on 7/10/2009 an accidant had happen . i have submit an accidendental bike (hunk) to your service centre RUNWAY MOTERS DEONGHAT SOLAN, 173212, on 07 october 2009, when i submit the bike at your service centre on that day who is the main incharge of service centre . he told me that we have every spair part of this bike which is required to replace in this bike and he told me that thay will give me my repaired bike on 09 october2009, I ask them about the payment they told me that it is insured bike the insurence company will pay for same, However i am aggry to pay the bill when i went on 9 october 2009 to bring my bike they told me that it is not repaired yet so pleaseyou can collect it by 10 october 2009. And on 10 october 2009 they again said that we have not some parts of this bike so u collect it by 11 october how ever I talk to showroom manager about this thay also told me that you can take your bike on 11 october 2009 . but today on 11 october 2009 when i went the service center they told me that your bike is not yet ready or repaired because of its chassi get bent so it required to change the chassi and we dont have the chassi of this model in the stock .so we have ordered the same to the company and it will take seven to ten days to receive the chassi from the company . i cant wait for ten days, i told them if u have any payment isshu or insurance company isshu so i will pay the bill but u repair the my bike they told me that their is no ishue of payment. when i asked the service center incharge that is it come today in your knowledge that the bikes chassi get bent then his reply was today we open the bike so now it come in our knowledge .he said that if u cant waight here is your bike we can joint it the same as it was you can take it where you want to repair it. after five days latter the service incharge is teling me the its chassi get bent does it make the sence.however he had seen tne bike on the 7 october 2009 .he told that he have every spair part available.and now he is saying that. . . . ...now what i do . and after five days The diwali festival is coming.so what i do sir, i hope you will take the right action .

Dear Sir,
I want to complaint against the Showroom DEV VAHAN which is situated in Palwal Distt. Faridabad Haryana.My bike was accidental on 10/08/09. and i was submitted my bike on 11/08/09 at showroom & from that day they peopple are saying we have ordered for spare parts at HERO HONDA but they are not sending the spare parts to us. i am suffering from lots of problem kindly advise us as soon as possible.
