I made the mistake of buying a Dell laptop battery off www.hunt360.com / www.hunt360.co.uk. I found them via google and made the mistake of thinking that they were UK based but of course they are in Shenzhen, China. They allowed payment via paypal but they used every Chinese holiday going to delay shipping past the 45 day cutoff to open a dispute with Paypal. When it eventually arrived, it was a dud.

I sent them a few emails and they assured me that they would replace it. I returned it and that after that, the usual runaround. They don't reply because of holidays which seem to be every few days. When they do reply, they say that they dont know what the issue is. Eventually, they say they have shipped the replacement battery but when I ask for a shipping number, the email ping pong goes back to the start. Its obvious that they havent shipped it and they cannot provide a tracking number.

It has been over three months now and still nothing but the runaround. I have asked for a refund several times but this request is ignored.

HUNT360 - Do yourself a favour and avoid these cowboys. You will get nothing but a headache from these scammers.
