I ordered a ceiling fan in June 27 of 2008 and was charged for both immediately, as this was their policy. I received one of the two fans I ordered (now, I consider this a minor miracle). I phoned three times (July 28, Aug 13 and Aug 26) and each time I was told the fans would be shipped by the end of the week. In September I emailed the sales department for the status of my order. In October I cancelled the order. In January I received an email from Devin Molzahn, who explained the company was switching to another data system and in a couple of weeks (or so she implied) the system could process my refund/credit. IT IS NOW MARCH 31, 2009. I have been unable to contact the company by phone. I have been unsuccessful trying to email them: their wonderful new website doesn't work in that regard - surprise, surprise. So - this shopping hell has lasted 9 months (I could have given birth in that time span...) and I can't even contact the company. My next plan is to sent them a letter, and, if their address isn't a fake, I will wait for some sign of life and then file a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General's Office, the better business bureau, and my credit card company. If anyone out there knows of a good voodoo practitioner, I'd like their business number.
