This kamal from Bangalore. MY hutch prepaid mobile no is . 9886751140 i have registered a compliant on 27 th jan. 2007 regarding free 777sms but till today customer care executives say ur problem has been sent to the concern department. It will be rectified with 12 hours or 24hours.

again on 29th i made a compliant and on 30th and 31st also. But everything went to the deaf ears only. I don't know what kind of customer care does hutch has. Even many times Customer Care nos won't work that is the funny thing with hutch.

But hutch they have collected rent till 29th and still 777 free sms they have not credited to my no.

I feel customer is cheated in many ways by hutch.
