I lost my sim card and immediately i have blocked my sim card transactions. After submitting the necessary documents they replaced the sim. But they did not activate my sim so that i am unable to make calls. Whenever i have contacted the customer care they will say common dialog " WAIT FOR ANOTHER 24 HRS' but already i have crossed the one week.
