I have converted my Htuch No from existing Post paid mode to Prepaid mode on 10th Sep at 11.00 PM and submitted all the documents along with Charges, Photo Identity, Residence proof etc. I been told that it will be activated with 2 days . Till that time my Incoming will remain activated and should not call any numbers. Next day my phone get deactivated and then I changed the New SIM CARD for prepaid. However shocked to find that all my calls (incoming & outgoing are barred) stating my documents are not received.
I have submitted all the documents at Huctch shop in Jalna and if they are not forwarding document, what customer can do. Now till today i.e after 5 days my phone is deactivated. On 111 attendant is saying just sorry and asking to furnish the documents, which are already furnished. Here it can be noted that, I being their customer since last 2 years and all my documents are already with them earlier also. They why they are harassing persons.
This treatment from Hutch is totally against customer and I request TRAI to take suitable action against operator as it cause heavy loss to customer for due to non activation of call.
