Waste of time calling the customer care
I have not seen such poor service from any of the customer care. I have took a corporate conection,since i have taken they keep troubling me. Initially they have not given me a roaming facility, then after 1000 request they activated that. Next on my bill pay, i have credit limit of rs.1000, when it reaches they will disconnect immediately, just before disconnecting (5 min), hey will call and tell me that my credit limit is crossed kindly pay the bill. If i miss to pay in that time it will be disconnected.
I have paid my bill through internet my bill got updated wrongly,i have called fro land line to customer care they simply said sir its technical error!!!
Do they think all are fool in this world??? Now the my tragedy!!!
I have requested for a itemized bill where in which u can analyze how many calls u made to whom u made through e-mail. They told and sent a message i will be getting the bill in 48 hrs from the day of submission. But they sent to my mailing address again i called them said the same technical mistake.
After hat i have requested for the same thrice nw little improvement instead of sending itemized they were sending normal bill which i can access in the net. Nw its almost 2 months over still they are processing the bill.
Like this its a waste of time calling the customer care its not a customer care its a trouble.

Regarding my mobile service
I am the user of Hutch mobile service and they have deducted Rs 30 form my account without informing me for caller tone service. I have contacted many times to Hutch customer care service, but they say that they will deactivate my caller tone service and refund Rs 30 back to my account. But still the caller tone service is activated and they don’t bother to listen to my complain. I am very much frustrated with the service.
